We develop and deliver TDM programmes for major events. We can influence travel behaviours of spectators, event workforce and the local community (including businesses) to achieve successful events. We work with organising bodies, host cities and transport stakeholders to provide arms length strategic advice or in-house support from planning to delivery.

Transport planning and mobility management

We have significant experience in developing urban transport strategies across all modes of transport in addition to specialist skills in the development of sustainable travel strategies. We have worked with agencies to develop mobility management solutions as we move into the new Smart Cities agenda.

We understand what is required to influence travel behaviours whether at an individual level or within businesses, schools, hospitals and the like. We can develop business cases and programmes across wide areas or in connection with individual behaviour change interventions. We can quickly specify and deliver high quality, scaleable research programmes aimed at better understanding the audience and the impact of given initiatives on their behaviours. We are clear where simple straight forward research is sufficient and where more complex in-depth analysis is required. We are increasingly adopting 'listening research' practices and using social media monitoring as a means of capturing valuable consumer insights.

We have done this across multiple communications channels and underpinned by research into attitudes and intended behaviours.

We research, specify and manage the delivery of high quality customer focused journey planning solutions. We specialise in particular in ensuring products are fit for purpose in an event or disruption context. We advocate multi-modal journey planning with booking functionality. We specify journey planners with high quality static content and maximum functionality in relation to notification of real time issues targeted to those that need the information.

Connecting crowds

We offer managed services in connection with maximising the use of geo-location service to benefit the customer experience. Using a bespoke product called Co-locator we are able to directly target tailored notifications to host Apps to provide high quality information to customers. We us the same technology to analyse the movement of smartphone devices across an area for the purposes of informing messaging or to assist the smooth movement of people across an area then or in the future.

Integrating event delivery

Our people often find themselves as being the 'jam that glues things together'. Our extensive experience across event management and operations provides us with the ability to integrate multiple event functional areas with a focus on ensuring the highest quality spectator experience from the moment they know they are attending the event to when they return home.
