September to November 2019

The Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games takes place in Peru in August 2019. The 11 day multi sport event is expected to attract over 1 million spectators and thousands of athletes, officials and media representatives.

Jon, acting on behalf of the UK Government's Department of International Trade, provided strategic advice across the event's transport functional area spending periods of time in Peru.

Jon’s advice covered integrated transport planning arrangements for the event as well as individual sub areas of event preparations including fleet management and vehicle access permits.
